EDR/AV have always been a conflict with  Engagement.

Make sure both your workstations and engagement servers have exceptions around
it.

We had this issue with 2020.1.3.  The 2021 update had an explicit fix for it,
but we worked around it before we updated by running their trace tool while
syncing the binders.  This allowed them to sync without losing sign-offs or
failing.  Don’t ask me it just worked.

Since the 2021 update we have not had the issue reported to us.

Hello all,

We are experiencing a very annoying issue where when finalizing a binder, it’s
not synching in their central file room for our users. I have found the article
and the temporary fix but my main question is if anyone has ran into this issue
with the 2021 version? We are currently running 2020.2.4 but considering
upgrading so that we can get rid of this issue.
