We’ll disable their Axcess accounts and change their full name to something
like:

First Name:         _NO LONGER @FIRM
Last Name:         employee’s actual full name

We’re not on Workstream, but I wonder if you prepended First Name with a ‘z’
instead of an underscore if it would place these users at the bottom of the
dropdown.

Hi all,

Fred Mohns here from Tidwell Group.

Is it true that there is no way to remove inactive employees in CCH Axcess from
the File Holder drop down in Workstream?

CCH has advised us:
“There is not currently a way to completely remove inactive staff from these
lists. This is an issue that other people also have an issue with. In order to
change the program to handle this better this would need to be an enhancement
request."

We’ve only been on Axcess for around 2 years and we already have quite a few
employees on these lists.

Many of these inactive employees share the same first name as some of our
current employees.  Filtering doesn’t remove them from the searchable list, it
only removes them from the initial list if you scroll alphabetically.

Is everyone just dealing with this?
