Mark,

We're not using Axcess, but we do have Engagement running on Win Data Center 
2016 on Azure, managed by Netgain. The server components of Engagement are 
running on a separate VM from the RDS hosts (and separate from the  primary 
file server). I'm not aware of anything special we had to do when installing; 
seemed similar to what would have been done for traditional physical servers.

What specific challenges are you facing?

Is anyone else using CCH Engagement & Axcess on Azure?  We trying to tune 
Engagement & Axcess on Windows Data Center 2016 using RDS with a separate 
Engagement central server.

We've reached out to CCH but got nothing super helpful.

Anyone else using a similar environment and had better luck?
