Spoke with 2nd level technical support about timing of a form release yesterday
and was advised it would be in the 2019.3020 - 3/22 tax release.
Told me there were no updates this weekend.
Then I get the email from CCH yesterday afternoon about a 2019 and 2018 update
this weekend, along with Axcess Maintenance.
Website Updates Calendar still shows nothing until 3/22. I feel foolish when I
send out weekend update messages to our staff and have to reverse myself.....
Does anyone else get annoyed by conflicting information ?
