I am trying to get Document OP to send email via 365. CCH's instructions are
not helpful and support is unable to explain what it means for a pre-requisite.
They are making me wait until tomorrow morning for 1 person to come in to work
to get this basic question answered as all my notifications and password resets
aren't going anywhere.
Has anyone done this yet? If so, can you explain to me the prerequisites about
the Send As permission? No one is able to explain what account is supposed to
have send as rights and for which account.
