So we have been having these pop up. I have tried repairs and that doesn’t
fix it. Apparently cch is going to their backups to restore this based on

Exception RTN Service Error...". *It seems some returns have been

CCH indicates ‘all systems normal’ at this point, but we’re already
experiencing fallout, as two users get a *System Error: "Business Logic
Layer Exception RTN Service Error..." while opening the return using CCH
Axcess™ Tax.
