Yes, we started noticing that issue last week. I chatted with CCH Support but
all they could do was escalate my case. Still no word from them yet on a
resolution. Our issue has been with uploading certain Word documents.
Specifically, ones with macros.

Anyone getting a 'Virus scan failed' message when trying to upload files to CCH
Axcess Document?

Two people are reporting the issue, so that generally means a lot more a
running into the problem. Don't see any issues reported with CCH...yet. The
files in question have both been Excel files...not sure that matters.
