Hi Minh,
Which owner to pay for the brick wall. I do hope you mean the Child Care Owner,
not us! We cannot afford to have a rise in levies while we are getting ripped
off by Criniti for a very poor service.

Hi Anne,
Do look at this issue. The commercial lot is currently apply to fit out the
lots for a childcare centrD and to build a wall from front to back (separate a
common walkway now into 1/2). We can put a door with card access there.
The current door open to weather is not suitable to put the card reader (easy
damage by residents and weather), door frame is not steady.
Still negotiate who pay for the common wall (we ask the owner to pay for the
brick wall )
Best regards,

Hi Minh,
Am wondering where you are up to with making the sports areas only
accessible by Security Card Access. Outsiders are still driving in here to use
the Pool and Gym.
