Hi Strathfield Councillor
Wish to object the Child Care Facility at lot 170 for the following reasons:
1.current DA to approve child care for 88 children. Plus the first Child Care,
total will accomodate 113 children. Heavy traffic for current roads in the
complex for kids drop off/on from parents considering we have no visitor
parking etc.
2. Noise concerns for around residents nearby the child care centre
3. Safety concerns for kids, as no pedestrian cross line, and narrow streets
4. Extra pressure/cost for strata considering current small public
facility/area. Child care will use some common place, but this needs to be
confirmed with strata first. The traffic pressure is now 100% for sure. There
will be a traffic jam during drop-on/off time each day. 113 children,
substracing some kids living in our complex, there will be at least 70-80 cars
from outside to take on-off their kids.
