It is the last lot before you go out onto Marlborough Road.
It is surrounded by the bin area and Building R,and then a unit block on
Marlborough Road.
And Marlborough Road on the 4th side.
Will send my Objection to the Group and you can decide if you want to copy
it and sign.

Wherever it is, I do object to it because I believe there are already too
many apartments in the area and any additional apartments will worsen the
congestion.

Hi Everyone,
You should have received Notice of a Development Application for 74-76
Marlborough Road from Strathfield Council.
What is being proposed is a 54 unit development on the old Sydney Trains
Lot.
This is totally unsuitable due to their only access being Courallie Avenue.
It will add to the Traffic Congestion along our part and the rest of
Courallie Avenue and is a huge hazard with people turning right out of the
site.
Please write and Object to this Proposal
