Your request - is in the AGM agenda
- maintenance bldg P, Q dealing at AGM. - note I change to call for quotes and
deal at GM in May. To be decided
- request next AGM to deal at Community Hall - to be decided.
*General Meeting in May. so to give owners plenty time for consideration.No
date yet as planned electronic voting to deal with:
- By-laws, and associate problems required extra by-laws ie. Car parking
control, penalty, exclusive use, limit number of residents per room, smoking,
pets, etc.
- your motions -maintenance P&Q.
And any other suggestion.
