My tenants also reported this issue to my real estate agent.
We had reported this issue when the building P fist settled and it was sorted
by the strata/builder, but it seems didn’t get fixed properly.
Please kindly address this issue to the builder if it is still under building
warranty or may the strata can provide the solution would be much appreciated.
