It is very interesting. Someone and I don’t know who told me that the Council
would not be approving any additional units her ever!

Something interesting on page 7 of the application form
(https://www.strathfield.nsw.gov.au/assets/Development-Notifications-2017/DA2017-030-APPLICATION-FORM.pdf)
for the Childcare Centre, it’s the floor plan for the building which was meant
to be 8 stories tall after the inclusion of the extra units. Now however on the
plan they’ve made a hand written alteration pairing it back to 5 stories.
I have no idea if they’ve given up on the extra units or what but it is
interesting.
