just to annoy Jason and let him know we are watching! The fact he wanted to
do a deal means he has something to hide or is worried about. Legal action
seems the only option.

Dear Mr Woolley
Reference is made to our discussion this afternoon regarding Centenary
Park.
As discussed, I can confirm:
- NSW Fair Trading withdrew the manager it appointed to Centenary Park on
9 November 2016. The manager was appointed to determine if the funds of the
scheme were misappropriated. Enquiries made by the manager did not detect
any missing funds
- The management of Centenary Park has been returned to Centenary Park
Management Pty Ltd. The current Strata Manager for the scheme is Minh Hua,
(licence number 930650). The Licensee-in-Charge remains Shanmei Guan
(license number 1575663). Owners wishing to review the records of the
scheme can contact the Strata Manager to make this request. The Strata
Manager is obliged under Section 108 of the Strata Schemes Management Act
1996 to provide such access. If this does not occur owners can report this
to Fair Trading as it would be a breach of legislation
- NSW Fair Trading Building and Construction Services has a file
(reference 8659933) with 3 representatives of Centenary Park who will
submit issues for individual owners and for common property
- NSW Fair Trading Real Estate and Property is currently making further
enquiries regarding documents including: the strata roll, proxy forms, the
managing agency agreement and other contracts of the scheme
- NSW Fair Trading Real Estate and Property is currently in the process of
arranging a forum for all owners and interested parties of Centenary Park
to present on the new strata legislation and address any concerns
I trust this information is of assistance. I can confirm this
correspondence will be emailed to owners who have or will contact NSW Fair
Trading directly seeking an update.
