AGM Meeting notification and Proxy voting
Hello Chun Yip David Tom,
As a Lot Owners of Lot(s) 337 at Centenary Park you have an
opportunity to have a say and to participate in the running of the Strata here.
The Annual General Meeting is an opportunity for all owners to vote for
representatives on the Strata Committee to represent the interests of the
owners like you and I and not the interests of the developer, builder and real
estate agent, as has been the case so far.
To do this you need to make sure your votes counts at the
Annual General Meeting to be held at the Canada Bay Club, 4 William Street,
Five Dock on Tuesday April 11 at 6pm.
The Centenary Park Owners Group is a group of owners who
want to make sure that our Strata Fees are:
a.. Applied fairly across all owners here at Centenary
Park
b.. Are managed in a professional and accountable manner
c.. Are not spent wastefully
We also want to make sure that the developer and the
builder are held responsible for poor quality workmanship and are made to fix
and pay for the defects and problems they have created.
We also want a Strata to work with Council and Government
to solve problems such as rubbish disposal and traffic access, visitor parking,
loading zones, usable public areas and facilities.
If you want these things too and want to have a say in
making it happen then email your Name, Lot Number and Phone number to

And if you want to nominate yourself for the Strata
Committee please let us know by email so that we can all support you.
We will then be in touch regarding details of candidates

provide Proxy Forms for you to complete if you are unable to attend the Annual
General Meeting.
