Hi Minh,
Wondering when you are going to provide us with the requested breakdown
of Expenditure. We are entitled as Owners to an explanation for the huge
increase in Expenditure in the last year!
Need to have this before the AGM, otherwise we will not be approving
either the Transfer of funds from the Sinking Fund or a Special Levy
