Hi Alexander,
Yes I doubt these 2 bin rooms are the only ones with the overflow issue.
And as I mentioned Criniti are in default of their Management Contract.

Subject: [cpactiongroup] Bin Room Building G
Hi Minh,
I have to agree with Anne, the cleaners aren't doing enough to clear the
waste that's building up in the bin rooms, attached is a photo of ours
and as you can clearly see it's full of cardboard.
I had hoped the cleaners would have moved it, or at lease some of it,
out by now as its been 4 weeks but they just keep flattening it and
piling it up which means they know it's there. I understand they have
pressures on them regarding the waste management but this is what there
considerably well paid by us to do, so please have them manage it.
I doubt that only two bin rooms are suffering this problem although I
don't have any first hand knowledge other that of Building E's bin room
which Anne has pointed out on several occasions.
Aside from the pest and vermin issues that can arise from this type of
waste buildup there is a much greater risk of fire as well as OHS issues
as residents may trip over on this stuff and injure themselves.
Please take action regarding this as well as making sure this problem
isn't widespread across the estate. Additionally under the terms of
our Maintenance Contract with Criniti Pty Ltd dated 08/11/2014 a formal
written notice of default should be given to the contractor for failing
to meet their requirements as set out in the contract.
Many thanks,
