I have received the AGM information. However the Financial report is
lacking in detail for Expenditure. Please supply a breakdown of the
Headings
under Expenditure for the Admin and Sinking Fund, ie, General Cleaning
and
Lawns and Repairs and Maintenance etc.
Also re the Proxy Voting I have spoken with Fair Trading and they have
informed me that your statement that each owner is only entitled to
carry 1
Proxy Vote each is incorrect.
I refer you to the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 No 50. Current
Version 6 January 2017. Schedule 1 Meeting procedures of owners
corporation,
Division 2 Appointment of Proxies Item 26, sub section 7. This says that
in a
Scheme the size of Centenary Park a person can hold 5% of Proxies, which
equates to approximately 40 Proxy Votes. (see attached)
