Yes, happy to hear that this is in the works! Encourage everyone to get on the
email distribution list so that we can keep on top of any changes as the
project is a ways away. From what I understand it is not fully funded yet? May
require some diligence/attention on our part to make sure it doesn’t get set
aside.

Thanks for posting this Nelly! I’ve been meaning to do the same but I am
easily distracted. I spoke directly with Kristina as I missed the press but
this directly effects our property on Comburg Dr. Was glad to see they are
planning on moving our easement that cuts the 3 properties effected to the
back side of ours lots and using under ground pipes. Sadly this won’t start
until Fall 2026 but this has been a long time coming so will be glad to see
this change. I’m hoping the large easement pond area will be improved and be
more appealing- I mentioned maintaining the area that has a spring or
groundwater- possibly planting waterwise plants to address standing water
that attracts mosquitos. They are very open to suggestions and concerns - so
please feel free to contact them or share your thoughts. We are very excited
that this is happening!

Hi all,
Plopping the link to this city project here on the listserv in case you
(like me) are super delinquent when it comes to opening snail mail. There is
a link to watch the Aug 23 presentation online, the presentation itself,
contact info for the project managers, and a link to get added to the
distribution list for the project.

Looks like there are still several steps and plenty of opportunity for
input/questions.
