Would you please remind me (us) if the association dues are yearly based on
calendar year, or if they're on a rolling 12-month basis? If the former,
I'm likely to wait until January, since I don't think I've paid yet in
2020. But if it's on a rolling basis, you can have my money now :)

A huge thank you to everyone for making this Halloween so awesome! We have
such an awesome neighborhood. The participation was unprecedented and it
looks like everyone wants to make this a new neighborhood tradition. If you
have any ideas on how to improve the treat-tables, please let me know.
