Not to get on my soapbox, BUT (shakes fist)… I grew up in a small town north of 
Dallas.  We had bulk pick up EVERY TUESDAY.

 

I’ve never understood why COA couldn’t follow this model.  It seems to me that 
they are consistently running behind during bulk pickup and my presumption is 
that it is because they only do it twice a year for each neighborhood.  The 
piles wouldn’t be so large if there were more regularly scheduled pickups.

I heard about this today. I agree with keeping the date as is. Maybe they will 
have resumed the service by then. One can hope…
