The house is being rented out for the week. We met one of the dudes in the
black SUVs. They are somehow associated with the F1 races this weekend.
They are from the Netherlands.

rented out the house on a short-term lease. They sent out a notice to
nearby neighbors.

Anyway, it just seemed very odd and wanted to make sure y'all were aware.
