Convention 2020 News
Hello fellow NCCC Members,
After much deliberation and discussion with all concerned, we have made
the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 NCCC Convention. There continue to
be too many variables to insure the well being and safety of our members.
This is a decision we regret, but feel it is in NCCC's best interest.
Full refunds (without penalty) will be made to all those who registered.
This will include those who have already withdrawn their registration and
were charged a 10% penalty. The refunds will be made via paypal and will take
us a little time - so please be patient.
For those of you that booked your room at the host hotel using your
convention registration number, your rooms will be cancelled automatically.
You do not need to call the hotel. If you booked at another hotel or booked
at the host hotel independent of convention - you need to cancel your own
rooms.
Please join me in extending a huge thank you to everyone involved in
putting together this convention. I can only imagine the effort and time
devoted to this project.
