Tentative Agenda and Obligations
Goal of Meeting:
To settle issues relating to the Church web site in preparation for
launch. (Tentative launch of April 27)
Agenda:
Current Site
- Tour
- Critique
- Is it what we need?
- Is it easily expandable?
- Discuss for further development
Updating
- Overview of what needs to be updated
- Create a plan/Calendar for updating so as to create least chance of
mistakes
- Decide who will update what part of the site
Parish Organizations
- Discuss Pamphlet
- Who all will be involved with its creation/management?
- What needs to be included?
- What information do we need?
- When will this part of the site be running?
Anything I have missed.
