Mr. Kimbrough says that you need an Apple or Android phone to set up Echo.
Not so. In fact, you can use anything with a web browser if you go here:
http://alexa.amazon.com So your Windows PC can also be used to set it up.
Also, most, if not all skills can be enabled just by asking, "Alexa, enable
blah blah skill".

the Echo with its new competitor, Google's interactive robot called Home.
