[contestms] Stopping workers after wrong answers

Hello all,
We are wondering whether any of the following is possible:
1) If the contestant fails a testcase, skip checking other testcases of the
same subtask.
2) If the contestant fails a subtask, skip checking any other subtasks.
Our first few testcases are always very small, and if the contestant's
program fails on those, we would like to save the server load. Any pointers
are appreciated.
