Dear everybody,

it's that time of the decade again! We are releasing soon CMS 1.3 (for
real this time), so if you want to create a new translation for
contestants, this is a great time. Please also take a minute to make sure
the existing translations are up to date:

Bulgarian
Bosnian
Estonian
French
Italian (well, this I did it myself)
Japanese
Korean
Lithuanian
Latvian
Dutch
Russian
Vietnamese
Simplified Chinese
Traditional Chinese

Instructions are at
http://cms.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Localization.html#for-translators, or
simply follow this short version:

1. Checkout the master branch of cms:
git clone https://github.com/cms-dev/cms
cd cms/cms/locale/

2a. For a new language, create a merged translation file:
mkdir -p <two_letter_code_of_language>/LC_MESSAGES
msginit --width=79 -l <two_letter_code_of_language>/LC_MESSAGES/cms
(where <code> is your language code)

2b. For an existing language:
msgmerge --width=79 <code>/LC_MESSAGES/cms.po cms.pot >
<code>/LC_MESSAGES/cms.new.po

3. Translate using your favorite program, e.g.:
cd <code>/LC_MESSAGES
poedit cms.new.po  # or cms.po if a new language

4. When you're done, if necessary, overwrite the old file:
mv <code>.new.po <code>.po

5. And send it to us (either with a pull request, or by email to me).

Thank you!
