Dear All,
It¹s encouraging to see constellationtalk extending its conversational range
to applications that go beyond doing constellations, since they are only one
way to bring the systemic and phenomenological richness of our approach to
the world. One-off constellation experiences in workshops that focus on an
adult individual¹s needs are powerful and valuable, but they limit the range
of the work to adults who can pay and have time to come, and there are so
many realms into which this work should reach. Perhaps we do a disservice by
focusing only on this particular model. It¹s the philosophy that matters as
much as the methodology. As some of you know, for the past five years we¹ve
been involved in working with teachers in English primary and secondary
schools to take the approach into every aspect of their working lives, even
with very young children, and also into families who can develop aspects of
it at home we have created a large body of practice and support which
those of you who are interested can see by going to our website
www.enhancingchildrnslearning.org
I would be very interested to know how you receive this kind of team
approach, and if you too are working in this way.
