Yes it was a question on a radio programme here in the Uk known as Any
Questions. Panellists (mostly politicians) were asked for their opinions.
Most were undecided, weighing pros of preventing births with deformities,
eradicating disease etc against the moral dilemma of a child essentially
have 3 parents.
In my experience this manipulation of nature can have consequences for the
unborn child but I guess we just have to work in the same way as we do with
all other interventions or manipulations of nature and ask the client to
set it up and see what the effect is.
