I am one of the silent majority. I am newish to the site and to the
constellation concept. I have read some of the threads, but have not
acknowledged because I did not feel I had much comment to make. I was
curious about the Philip Adams article and the notion of someone
listening or containing the intensity of emotion of another until
articulation is possible. Certainly, it reminded me of a quote made by a
friend many years ago.I am not sure who was the original author.but it
was about a quality of listener who is "listening a person 's soul into
existence." Regards to you all.

Recently there have been a couple of good interactive conversations
(threads) on this chat group. One about research and the more recent one
about the Philip Adams article.
One of the good things about conversation is the feeling of being heard
& acknowledged. I am aware a lot of emails have gone unacknowledged in
this group. eg.
* some time ago Chris Millar wrote a lovely summary of his
experiences at the international congress in Wurzburg
* More recently Monika from Namibia wrote about some recent
experiences with her work there - How amazing!
* and Jo Fenwick shared her experience of representatives
silently communicating
I know this experience of being unacknowledged can be frustrating. Your
email can feel like a message in a bottle cast out to sea. Maybe someone
reads it & enjoys it maybe not. However I feel as if I am over
contributing already, so I feel we need some others to do the
acknowledging.
So there are 60 people registered in this group. I would like to
encourage the silent members to say a few words, even if it is only one
line of acknowledgement. (original contributions would also be welcome.)
I would also like to hear if anyone feels intimidated to contribute for
any reason or if there are any suggestions as to how to make it easier
to contribute.
It would be better to make these suggestions to the group but if for any
reason you feel it is more appropriate you can send suggestions directly
to me at info@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
