the virus came with one of the constellation chat mails. The sender's address
started with AOL.....
Please be do not to try and update your e-mail functions as it offers.

Just a quick one to let you know that I have had the worm virus on my
computer. AAAGGGGHHHHH!! It is now fixed and my computer virus protection
updated. For anyone wanting a free virus protection there is one called AVG.
Go to www.google.com and search for AVG and it should come up at the top of the
list.
Hopefully it did not spread to everyone in my address book!!
