Hi Doug, sorry to hear of the troubles you had. I went to the cinema to
see the film and being something of a dinosaur myself it didn't occur to me
that people would watch it on the computer!
Oh and as one of the group pointed out, it is actually called Incendies,
not Les Incendies, though when I put either into my browser it takes me to
the same place - the trailer.

so I will see how I go, subtitles are not my preferred method for taking in
movies).

Hi all,
I just want to recommend a film that I saw last night: "Les Incendies",
it's a Canadian film about two young middle eastern people discovering
their roots.
It is truly a film about accepting your life at the price your family has
paid for it.
I very much recommend it.
