Dear Randy,

You might try doing a two person constellation. We have used it effectively in a group of 150.
Everyone gets to have the experience of being a representative and of being a client.
The whole process takes less than half an hour.
It is simple and effective.

Each person in the group picks another person from the group as a partner.
Decide which person is person one and which person is person two.
Give instructions to do the whole process in silence.
Have person one set up person two as a person with whom they are in relationship.
After person two is set up, person one sets themselves up in relationship to person two.
The instruction is to follow your natural movements.
Continue until there is a natural conclusion.
It should take about five minutes.
When that is complete, switch roles.
Person two sets up person one and then themselves.
Follow the movements to conclusion.
When both have done the exercise, the two people debrief with each other about the process.

Good luck,
Thomas Bryson

Does anyone have some suggestions for group exercises I could do when

doing a presentation to like 100 people?

Thanks,
