As someone who isn’t trained in psychotherapy or psychiatry, I would say that
Constellations is more than in the therapeutic realm and goes into the branch
of energetic healing and spirituality. That said, I’m a full supporter of
trauma training, best practices and standards because I am nervous as a
facilitator I’m going to cross a boundary that will retraumatize a participant
unknowingly. I also would love some training on how to work with states of
denial, the psychie and creating and maintaining safety. I am confident in the
field, but also know I have my own inner work to do in self-compassion,
understanding abuse and neglect and supporting others in that journey of
unveiling.
Thanks,
Heather

It is the same in Canada.
And there seems to be a resistance to set up a Best Practices Guide.

To learn how people can practice SFCs in different countries?
is there a board? Any pre required specifications/licencing/ hours of training
in your country for a " fascilitator" to work in this field?
Unfortunately, in Turkey, anyone who claims they can, just go and do it!
İ do hear of preparations by the Psychiatrists and Psychology Associations
to form a constitution or conduct but nothing around yet.
İ d be grateful to hear from you all, in different countries.
