Please be informed that the 3rd Meeting CAL is tentatively to be held
in Feb 2004 back-to-back with the next CONSAL XIII Executive Board
Meeting to be held in the Philippines.
Please sumbit your suggestions to be included in the agenda of our
meeting and any update reports that are due.
