Subject: [CTS] sECURITY SETTINGS???

I have checked or unchecked something on my puter and I can't download any
programs without getting this message>>>"Your current security settings
prohibit running activeX controls on this page.:

I also get messages like: your current security settings do not allow this
file to be downloaded.:
I went to control panel and checked the settings there to see if any thing
was set too ;high but did not, what else could this be. My computer has
taken on a life of its own lately.
