Dirty image with light or no printout is the toner being spent although the
printer should have told her that it was low or empty unless someone has turned
that selection off in the operator's panel. She will need a new toner
cartridge and if she lives int he US she can easily and inexpensively get a
rebuilt unit that will be reliable at American Toner right here in good old
Kentucky USA - Bowling Green to be exact. Http://www.american-toner.com
