That is a OEM version of Windows and cannot be used on another computer. If
the PC can handle it, try Windows XP. You will love it. Stable, multi-tasks
better, and just alot better in general. Or look for Windows 98 Licenses on
www.ebay.com or something. OEM CD's and Fulfillment CD's (NFR Not for Resale
or NFD Not for Distribution.) need a license. Just buying the CD is not
enough.
