[CTS] Word-Excel Combo

I have a quick question. I know that you can (I think they call it)
embed<sp> an Excel SS within a Word Document, where if you would change a
value in the embeded<sp> SS (within the Word doc), the Excel original SS
will change as well, correct? Now let's say I wish to send that doc with
all the formatting as stated (not so well) above, to a person who also have
both programs, would it (the entry of data) work the same on their system?
