[CTS] Windows protection error message?

I keep getting "Windows protection Error, please
restart your computer." I thought at first that it
might have been the operating conditions were to warm
for my cpu. But the same error message has come up at
other temperatures as well. Could this be a sftware
conflict or is it something else?
Any advice is appreciated.
