[CTS] WinProxy

Does anyone use Winproxy? Intermittently I get system lockups and it always
seems to point to Winproxy. I am using Windows 98SE and Winproxy 3.1D ( not
sure on the exact version because I had to dual boot into Gentoo to get my
fricken mail!)
