[CTS] WildTangent/Good or Bad

My husbands new Dell pc came with "Wild Tangent" games installed on it.
Before agreeing to their privacy policy, I did a "whatis" search on
Whatis.com..not sure if this "company's" policy's are..something I want to
trust. I would
like to try out the games..but I'm really not sure if I should even bother.
Any opinions on this company????
