[CTS] Re: Website/html Help Needed

CMS is probably the way to go. I'm experimenting with JOOMLA, but I
know Drupal is very popular also.
This JOOMLA plug-in seems to be what you want:

"Simple" is a relative term here. This a combination of Perl and My
SQL, and you don't need to understand it, but there's a large learning
curve involved.
