I am about to start an email discussion group for an organization. I've
never done this before, and I don't see any technical problems with it, but
I would like some suggestions from those who have/are doing this.
Specifically, I would like to know the best place to go, i.e. Yahoo! Topica,
or whatever. What are the pros and cons of free servers that will do this?

This is a non-IT group, so Freelists won't do it.
