[CTS] Sound like a bad mobo?

Vista Ultamate x64 SP1
Some of the BSOD's
stop 0x0000003D
stop 0x00000024 (0x00000000001904aa
Stop 0x0000078e and something iwth volsnap.sys
ok rebooted the random stop is:
green line stopped rebooted
Normal boot:
huh used to get BSOD's line stopped. again
Safe mode
login get the stop 24 above
when tried to reinstall vista
Thats bootign to reinstall windows
Stop 0x0000007e (0xffffffffc0000005 .........
This DVD has been used several times before. cant be any software from this.
no new hardware is installed. a portable HD has been plugged in recently
several times but not plugged in today.
This morning I got more kb errors. I plugged in a usb one this time, same
thing kb falure. Was gonna run memtest86 but could not even hit F12..
Any I ideas? Dell Precision 370
P-4 HT
1 gig RAM
