Tell it to search for a networked printer. Oooooor..I have a Canon MP560 wireless printer.. it connects to my wireless hub wirelessly, All the PCs and laptops, even my mac mini can see the printer.. your easiest setup might be to connect it to the hub. . and let the PCs find it that way. Once it gets its own IP address it might work easier for you From: computertalkshop-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:computertalkshop-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Kim/Dreamspinner3 Sent: Thursday, November 18, 2010 11:18 PM To: computertalkshop@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [CTS] Re: Setting up a newtwork My printer is marked for sharing but my husband's PC, which is not running Network Magic, cannot "see" the printer. The other PC, which is running Network Magic, IS able to use my printer. You'd have to first share the printer on the first computer so that the network can see it, then when you 'add printer' on the others, you should see it, IF my thinking is correct. :) If I'm totally off the mark, I'm sure someone will chime in to correct me.
