[CTS] Re: Perl string substitution question

The data that needs to be substituted is in the $action variable. All other variables are ok except this one. I need to turn the contents of $action into plain text without the special characters read in from the URL.

Where did $data come from? Why is that not $action? Make sure you're running -w and 'use strict'.
