Context Menu Entry
[Hell - Context Menu entry]

WasteBasketInstaller.zip <freeware/WasteBasketInstaller.zip>

Description:

This program uses VBScripts to create a new entry in the *Send To* menu (pictured above) that comes up when you right-click on a file, folder, or combination thereof; with a subsequent click on *Hell*, the files are removed immediately from the hard drive. The program works by emulating keystrokes, confirming automatically at the system's standard dialog boxes.

You can change the *Send To* menu entry from reading *Hell* to reading *Waste Basket* at the start menu:
*Start Menu > All Programs > WasteBasket > Change_To_Waste*
(Allow the VBScripts to run by any anti-spyware program that might object to scripts.)

You can disable or re-enable the display of the *Send To* menu entry at the same place:

Start Menu Entry
[Start Menu addition]

Installation:

If you don't have the installer program, download the compressed .exe here:

WasteBasketInstaller.zip <freeware/WasteBasketInstaller.zip>

As you execute the installer, you may need to click "Open" , "Run" and "Allow" confirmations to register the VBScript program files with Microsoft's Anti-Spyware, the first time you run them.

After you install the program, you need to enable it, requiring security clearances again:*Start Menu > All Programs > WasteBasket > Enable WasteBasket v1.0"* to enable the program.

The installation of the program makes no explicit changes to the Registry or Configuration of your computer. It just makes a copy of the program files in *C:\Program Files\WasteBasket*, and shortcuts under the Start Menu and in the *Send To* folders. The program requires that the Windows Script Host be installed and enabled (the XP default). A good uninstaller is created by the installation program, which points to the actual installation directory you chose. There is never a need to uninstall before reinstalling this program.

Uninstall:

To uninstall WasteBasket, go to:

Start Menu > All Programs > Accessories > WasteBasket > Uninstall_WasteBasket

You will have to click "Allow" at the Spyware Warning, in order to complete the running of the Script.
