[CTS] Re: Gates Wealth Second to Walmart

We have an older Walmart in town but to get to a super Wally World I too
have a 25 mile drive. They still don't beat out Aldi or the Ft. Knox
commisary for meat and other groceries so I drive right past and do the
extra 10 to Ft. Knox, with a big cooler in the truck when the weather gets
warm. Whole chickens here in town are 89 cents a pound at Winn-Dixie, 58
cents at the super Walmart and 37 cents (and a better brand) at the
commisary. I only do the commisary once a month during the holidays and once
every two in the summer. Walmart still kicks butt on regular retail
merchandise, automotive and hardware so when I need something I also hit the
Lowe's (like Builder's Square) for remodeling and cabling things I need. Of
course all of this is justifiable travel for business purposes as I usually
get a service job at the same time and combine the travel to the job and the
shopping trip. My wife hates it as I get to do all the shopping while I'm
out and that I usually do way better than she does.
