[CTS] Floppy is being stubborn

First of all, why can't they make floppy drives easier to install? You
know, like having only ONE way to put the plug(s) (cables) in? I dunno,
it's probably me, but I have tried all kinds of combo's and the floppy
drive refuses to co-operate! :-(  I know when the indicator light is lit
all the time the cable is reversed, but switching the cable does nothing.
If it was my computer, I wouldn't even worry about it, but it's not. (my
computer) Any suggestions? The simplest of things are usually the
BIGGEST PITA! :-O
